We offer a comprehensive "one-stop" solution for your European business—
We can support the development of your brand in Europe from any stage. We can "take control" of various aspects, including preparing for market entry, conducting e-commerce tests, managing overseas warehouses, overseeing the supply chain, and more. We can assist you in distributing your products through retail, O2O (offline to online) stores, as well as major department stores, boutique shops, supermarkets, and other channels.
In addition, we possess industry expertise that can assist you in understanding the legal regulations governing online sales and general trade in China. We can also help you establish marketing strategies in the Chinese market.
We offer two pricing models based on the duration of your project.
First Model: Short-term
The first model, project consultation, primarily concerns short-term collaborations and is billed at 350 euros (VAT included) per hour. Consultations can be held via video conference, phone, or email.
Second Model: Long-term
The second model, long-term cooperation, means that our cooperation contracts start from 1 year, with automatic renewal each year after the first year. You can cancel the contract without renewal fees for the second year.
We require a minimum annual contribution of 5,000 euros, which will be billed as a membership fee. In the case of no concrete commercial collaboration during the first year, you have the option to cancel the contract without renewal fees for the second year.
Subsequently, transaction commissions ranging from 5% to 10% will be applied on each sale made.
Please note that all services must be confirmed after determining the service format, whether it is by hourly consultation, after payment of the initial consultation fees, or by signing a long-term cooperation contract.
